GoGoods.com is committed to making sure that you are completely satisfied with the quality of our products and the service that you received.
Customers that create an online account with us may cancel their own orders online. Orders may be canceled up to the time an order begins processing which typically occurs between 9a-2p ET business weekdays. We comply with all auction policies regarding canceled purchases.
An order is considered to be completed when tendered to the shipping carrier, at which point returns or exchanges will be treated as a return.
Returns and Exchanges
IMPORTANT: Contact us, and await instructions before sending any item back to any of our locations in order to maximize any refunds. The return address on your original package may not be the correct address to handle your authorized return. If a return is sent to the wrong location, there may be additional shipping charges/deductions needed to re-route the package to the correct facility to properly handle your return.
If you need to return any item, please contact us within thirty (30) days of purchase to obtain a return authorization and instructions. The product must be returned in original condition in the original packaging to the location that we specify on your return authorization. Upon arrival and inspection, product refunds will be promptly credited to the original purchase account, shipping excluded. Certain items may have additional specific return conditions published on the respective product web page. Items listed and sold as "used" or "AS-IS" or "no returns" are not returnable.
Items returned without prior authorization will be subject to a 20% restocking fee in addition to any actual carrier charges we incurred (minus any freight charges already paid by the customer).
Orders will be subject to an additional $5 service fee if they:
- are returned and ultimately not delivered due to customer-supplied non-deliverable addresses, or
- are refused delivery by the customer and therefore returned to sender.
Returns for items with or without prior authorization and subsequently deemed unacceptable for return upon receipt and inspection (not in "original condition") will be subject to additional actual shipping charges plus a handling charge of $5 if the customer wishes to have the product returned to them.
All GoGoods.com items are undamaged when they are tendered to the shipping carrier. Check your shipment carefully immediately upon arrival for any obvious damage, and report any such damage to the carrier immediately upon delivery. The carrier will be responsible for return and replacement shipping of damaged shipments. Contact us so that we may facilitate this process and correct the situation for you as quickly as possible.
Warranty and Defect Claims
GoGoods.com takes complete responsibility for return and replacement shipping costs if any product that we manufacture is determined to be defective, except items listed and sold as "used" or "AS-IS" or factory-direct items. Our manufactured brands include:

Factory-Direct items (identified on each factory-direct product page) must be returned shipping prepaid to the manufacturer for repair or replacement in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty. Recalled products may be returned at the manufacturer's expense, but this depends on the terms of each recall.
We can facilitate your manufacturer warranty claim. Please contact us within within the warranty period to obtain instructions. Product defect claims will not be considered if the product is working as described on the respective web page and published documentation at the time of ordering.
